Nono gets as much joy dancing to music as she does reflecting on it – either as an academic researcher, DJ, producer, promoter, radio host and zine maker. As Nono Gigsta, her DJ sets go from very slow to very fast, embracing the old and the brand new, go from silly to serious, often incorporating her own sound collages. Her Fictions show on Cashmere Radio gives you a feel for the breadth of her enthusiasm. With her partner Minor Science, they promote their own Fictions parties across Berlin. Nono also joined the queer femme and non-binary forward collective Room 4 Resistance as a resident.
