How to get there

Car

Eupen is located right in the middle between Brussels and Cologne, close to the German and Dutch borders. Driving from Brussels or Cologne takes one hour. Maastricht and Heerlen are about 40 minutes. The festival venue is about three km from the highway exit. When coming by car via the E40 highway, take exit 38-Eupen. Free Parking lots are within walking distance.

 

Bus

International travellers can take the Eurolines bus to Liège or Aachen (Germany) and continue by train or bus to Eupen. The same goes for FlixBus which stops in Aachen. The bus station in Eupen is about 15 minutes by foot from the venue or hostel.

 

Train

Eupen is on the train axis Oostend-Brussels-Liège-Eupen. There is a train every hour till 10 PM. Eurostar travellers can take the Brussels-Eupen train for free. The closest Thalys stop is Liège or Aachen.

Air Travel

Eupen is about one hour by car from Cologne, Brussels or Düsseldorf airport. Ryanair airport Charleroi is about a one and a half hour drive to Eupen. You can also take the bus to Brussels and then the train to Eupen. The closest airports are Maastricht –Aachen or Liège airport.
