For the festival in September, meakusma has decided to offer a child care service, working together with local child care professionals CAJ Viertelhaus Cardijn. At 20 minutes walking distance from the festival venue, Viertelhaus Cardijn has the necessary infrastructure, plenty of toys and all else needed to provide a safe and fun haven for kids still too young to attend the festival. The service is offered on Saturday September 24 and Sunday September 25, from 1 PM till 7 or 8 PM.
Depending on age and the amount of kids, the group will be divided into different age categories. The facilities are located close to the woods, meaning that walks with the kids are a definite possibility in which case parents should provide good walking shoes. The kids will be taken care of by experienced professionals, speaking German, French, Dutch (basic skills) and English. A healthy dinner will be provided at 6 PM. There are no beds available, but in case afternoon napping is order, some beds can be provided.
