DJ Sukram, aka Markus Detmer (Cougouyou Music/France, Staubgold/Germany), moves from local to global, from first world to fourth world. His mixes have no borders. For more than 25 years, he’s been playing at festivals and clubs around the world. He founded the Staubgold label in 1998 and has managed it ever since, in the process creating an acknowledged and acclaimed brand for experimental and electronic music from around the world. Since 2014, he’s been running the notorious record shop Cougouyou Music in the heart of Perpignan.
