Munda is an experimental sound research and production project by Selu Herraiz that reflects on the contemporary relationships between daily life and ritual, traveling from the primitive and rough to electronic sophistication, clearly permeated by rhythms and harmonies from traditional cultures. The thin boundaries between science and magic are questioned through sound, as it explores new symbologies that affect the human subconscious and shape our possible paths to transformation. He is the director and curator of SONORA – Experimental Music School -, an educational program of AADK Spain. He practices art as an excuse to live, seeking to integrate the creative act into everyday life to activate social transformation and stimulate critical thought.
