Nadelør consists of sound artist burgund t brandt and multi-instrumentalist Nime. Together, they explore the electroacoustic realm, unfolding soundscapes with an organic pulse. Rooted in a site-responsive approach, their practice weaves compositional fragments into live improvisations, evolving in dialogue with the space’s atmosphere and acoustics – a world where microtonal dynamics and intricate rhythms collide with the raw timbre of the monochord, delicate percussion, voice and handmade sound objects.
burgund t brandt alias Amelie Neumann creates installations, performances and compositions in the field of tension within visual and auditory perception. In particular, her focus is on phenomena of microtonal, soft noise, psychoacoustic sounds and ghost signals of the digital which are mostly combined with electro acoustic and selfbuild instruments.
Nime alias Jonas Petry musical practice centers on the exploration, transformation, and conscious modification of sonorities and rhythmic structures. His repertoire includes prepared drums, tonbak, daf, piano, field recordings, as well as natural and synthesized found objects.
