Isabelle Duthoit’s singing is rooted in breathing, the rustle, the glow. It opens up radically new horizons. ErikM, through electronic devices, treats sounds like living organisms in perpetual mutation, exposed to the risk of accident as well as to that of unison. Duthoit has a background in classical music, improv, chamber music and composing for theater. ErikM is a musician, composer and visual artist who conceives acousmatic works or composes mixed music for instrumental ensembles. He creates transversal works that constitute a singular kaleidoscopic vision. Their Sun Dog project drifts through a form of static and restless ambient.
