As a volunteer, you will receive a free festival pass or day ticket(s), depending on the number of working hours and tasks you complete over the festival weekend.
You are welcome to send us your preferences regarding the kind of job(s) you would like to do, and we will do our best to take your wishes into account. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee that your preferred job (s) will still be available.

We will confirm the reception of your application via email. We will then get back to you in January 2026 to assign the first available shifts.

From the moment we receive your confirmation, you are officially a volunteer for the 2026 Meakusma Festival! The Meakusma Festival is very much in need of a team of motivated and reliable volunteers, and we are very much looking forward to you joining our team!
