One month after the Meakusma Festival 2024, we are happy to share with you the festival aftermovie, filmed, edited, and put together by Adèle Grégoire & Alice Brunnquell. The short film captures the spirit of, and some of the performances at the festival beautifully.

In 2025, there will be no Meakusma Festival as we will be organizing the second edition of the Weekender Festival together with ArsVitha, once again in Sankt Vith. Mark your calendars for August 22nd to 24th, 2025. As the dust on the 2024 edition has now settled, we would like to take this opportunity to thank once again our dedicated audience, all performing artists, our legion of passionate volunteers, our institutional partners, and the people of Eupen for being so welcoming to the festival and all its aspects. 
All things considered, we are happy with how this edition went down and will keep looking for ways to improve your festival experience in the future. The small rooms of the festival site filling up quickly remains an issue. As stated before, we very much like the intimacy they offer, but of course, we understand the possible frustrations that come with their size. Organizing a festival is a continuous work in progress, after all.
